|Recommended: YesYou Should Live Here, Sign The Lease Now — I LOVE living at The Blonde. Like...I'm obsessed.
For some context, I have moved A LOT. Different states, even an island. I was basically the queen of my lease is up, time for something new. Staying in one place for more than a year just wasn't my thing.
And yet...I'm about to start my THIRD year at The Blonde. If that doesn't tell you everything, I don't know what will.
The location is honestly dangerous for my wallet because I can walk everywhere. Happy hour Walk. Dinner Walk. Gym Walk. Kroger because I forgot one ingredient for dinner Also walk. If you don't have a car, you'll barely miss it. Plus, you can walk to Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati games, which makes game days so much more fun when you're not fighting traffic afterward.
My favorite part, though PEACE AND QUIET. Whoever built this place deserves a hug because I cannot hear my neighbors. No upstairs stomping that sounds like an elephant training for a marathon. No hearing someone's relationship fall apart through the walls at 11 p.m.
Maintenance and management is also amazing. Every request I've ever submitted has been taken care of insanely fast—usually within a day tops two maybe. It's one of those things you didn’t think possible, you know like finally being in a healthy relationship and being like “soooo thiiiiss is what it’s supposed to be like” . 🤣
And every single time friends come over, the reaction is the same THIS is your view It never gets old.
Also, a special shoutout to whoever decided we don't need actual keys. As a girly who loves tiny purses, I love not digging around for keys. The apartment has a keypad, the building uses fingerprint access.
I've lived in a lot of places, and this is the first apartment that's actually felt like home instead of just somewhere to sleep. There's a reason I keep renewing my lease, and I genuinely recommend The Blonde to anyone looking for a place that checks all the boxes.

|Recommended: YesConvenient And Reliable — The Blonde location is definitely a good spot to live. Easy access to work if you work downtown, the amenities are reliable and safety is definitely their main focus. If I were to choose to comeback- I sure will stay here again.
Staff are really great and any maintenance issue are done in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesNew Tenant At The Blonde — I moved in 3 weeks ago and thus far my experience with the Saint Xavier Park leasing office has been nothing short of spectacular. The move in process was seamless with the help of Hailey and Danielle. I am loving the location of the building The one bedroom apartment at The Blonde is spacious and modern. The building as a whole is super clean, the package center is organized and secure, there has been minimal noise throughout the building, and other residents are very nice. Maintenance staff has been prompt and friendly, especially Shane. The building as a whole is safe and in a great area of downtown with a lot of parking options. The price of rent with all included amenities is a great and well worth it deal So far I am having a fantastic experience
|Recommended: YesThanks — Hello, good day. I am writing to let you know that I have found three issues in the apartment, but one of them is quite complicated the refrigerator door does not close.
The bathroom drawers do not close, and the bottom one has a problem where it does not fit into the track. Additionally, the breaker panel cover does not close.
Everything else is perfect, and I am happy to live here.
